Our grass-fed and certified organic beef comes from Chilean Patagonia in the Aysen region. Grass fed means the animals live in open air, roam free and graze on pasture their entire lives. Certified organic means the animals are raised free of antibiotics and added hormones… the way nature intended. Uruguay is the leader in food security being the one of the only countries with a completely computerized traceability system to ensure you know where your beef comes from and how it was raised. You can feel good about what you are eating and enjoy every bite.
